Rates and Availability

We are pleased to rent you our Breckenridge mountain vacation home. When comparing other lodging and accommodations, please consider our condo is slope side to the 4 O'Clock ski run with true ski in and ski out access. Our complex has an indoor pool and two hot tubs - all of which are within our building. We are in the Town of Breckenridge providing easy access to all the fine dining, shops and activities. Please find the following information about renting our home.

A reservation deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking.

Availability

We keep our calendar on the web so you can conveniently check whether our condo is available for your dates. Please note, we do not update the calendar until the booking is confirmed with the receipt of the security/reservation deposit.

Please email or call me to confirm availability and book your vacation. I will email you a rental contract and provide you with a number of secure payment options. A $200 security/reservation deposit is required to confirm and hold the booking. Fifty percent (50%) of the rental fees are due 60 days before your arrival and the final 50% is due 14 days before arrival. See our Policies for additional information.

We provide a number of secure payment options via PayPal. You can make deposits and advanced rental payments by direct withdrawal from checking, Visa or Mastercard. Please feel free to use this method to make payments only after you have completed and returned your rental contract.
