New For 2010-2011 Year

Inside, we finished replacing the remaining  original windows with new energy efficient windows that will keep our condo warmer.

Our Tyra buildings have undergone a >$1M face lift.  We have a completely new look for our exterior that resembles a mountain mining theme.  We also replaced our elevator and walkways.

New For 2009-2010 Year

We upgraded our linen service at no additional cost to our guests.  The upgrade included thicker towels and higher thread count sheets.  We also include an extra towel for each guest to take down to the pool/hot tubs.  We hope you will enjoy this amenity!

Our HOA also replaced the indoor and outdoor hot tubs.  Come enjoy the soothing hot water after a challenging day on the slopes.

New For 2008-2009 Year

We updated a few pieces of artwork on the wall.  The condo includes photo's, paintings and watercolors from local artists, creating a mountain getaway atmosphere.

Two boot dryers were purchased and are in the hall closet for our guests use.

Also, our HOA completed a renovation of the pool area and completely renovated the bathrooms in the clubhouse.

New For 2007-2008 Year

Our entry way has a fresh new mountain look.  The floor is paved with natural stone and we trimmed the ceiling with natural pine.  We added a new sectional leather couch in the living room to provide additional seating in casual and relaxing environment.

We replaced the spiral stair case with a standard staircase for added convenience in accessing the second floor.

In addition, we expanded the upstairs to include a bonus room with a pull out couch and some additional loft space.  The upstairs loft suite was finished into a master bedroom to provide additional privacy.

New For 2006-2007 Year

In June, we installed a new gas fireplace, making it more convenient to enjoy the warmth and ambience of a blazing fire.

In July, the ski resort installed new snowmaking equipment on the 4 O'Clock run.  According to the resort, this will extend the season by allowing them to open the run earlier and keep it open later.  By December, the ski resort will have installed a new Gondola which takes skiers from downtown to the base of Peak 8.  This is great for the town of Breckenridge and the ski resort.  Of course you already have true ski in and ski out access via the 4 O'Clock ski run down to the Snow Flake lift!!!!
